Enrique Luis Ruloff is the director of the Fundación Filantrópica Didaque (a philanthropic foundation) that provides legal support to various ministries. In addition, he is the director of Kingdom College, an educational program for the formation of leaders at a national and international level.  He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Argentina, a Masters degree in Divinity in the USA and a Doctorate in Theology with the combination of two seminaries, one in the USA and the other in Argentina. He is a conference speaker and author of 12 books. Together with his wife Paula, they have been pastors for more than 25 years.  Currently, they pastor the Casa de Dios (House of God) congregation in Buenos Aires, the city where they also reside.  They are parents of five children: Jennifer, Jacqueline, Christopher, Stephanie and Nicole.
